Are your food containers recyclable?

The majority of the packaging we use for our food products can be recycled under most residential and community recycling programs.

Are your food containers Bisphenol A (BPA) free?

Yes, our food containers are BPA free.

Orders

How do I change my order?

If you've just placed your order, please reach out to us with your order number and will work with you to the best of our ability to apply the necessary changes.

How do I track my order status?

To track the status of your order, please visit our online order tracking page and insert your order number. Upon clicking "Track", you will receive further details pertaining to the whereabouts of your order.

How do I track my order once shipped?

When your order is shipped you will receive an email from us that will include a tracking number and a link to track where your order is.

I did not receive my order tracking number?

If you haven't received your order tracking number, please reach out to us with your order number and will make sure to send you an email with your order tracking information.

My order arrived but there's a problem?

Our sincere apologies about that. If what you ordered and what actually arrived is different, please connect with us and will do everything in our power to right the ship.

Shipping

Which carrier do you use to ship your food products?

We currently use FedEx to ship all of our food products.

Do you ship to multiple addresses?

We currently only ship to one address.

Do you ship to international addresses?

Currently we only ship to addresses within the following US states:

• Delaware
• Maryland
• New Jersey
• New York
• Ohio
• Pennsylvania
• Virginia
• West Virginia

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

We currently don't ship our food products to Post Office (PO) Boxes.

Do you ship to APO or FPO addresses?

We currently don't deliver our food products to Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses.

When will my order arrive?

Considering the perishable nature of our food products, all orders are shipped using the two-day delivery service provided by FedEx.

The following table provides a more detailed explanation on how we handle shipping.

Even though we use two-day shipping to ensure your order arrives fresh. The delivery day highlighted in the table above is just an estimate because other factors, outside of our control, may influence the delivery date.
